The thinking underpinning Co.OfUs draws from the work of founder Tara Lorigan MNZM, including executive leadership experience across global tech organisations, New Zealand’s award winning technology Incubator, the development of Co.OfWomen’s globally unparalelled model and the New Zealand Hall of Fame for Women Entrepreneurs.
This long-term experience with leadership performance, organisational systems, and operating pressure revealed a persistent gap between leadership capability investment and the organisational conditions shaping its expression.
